So near and yet so far.....

I am taking the day here to rest and look after my Achilles. I desperately want to continue riding and had been hoping to stop for a few days in Ottawa and push on to Halifax. It is a hilly 135km to Renfrew (next logical stop) from here so will have to see how that goes, more to follow!!
